Spring 2024 · Class of '05
Tom Phelan's story is one of dedication and legacy. As a high school senior, he attended an alumni meeting when the chapter was down to a single member. Honoring the legacy of his father, Bernard Phelan '71, Tom helped restore Wyoming Alpha's charter after transferring to UW, serving as pledge president, eminent deputy archon, and eminent archon. He has spent approximately 15 years as chapter advisor, became Province Eta president in 2024, and currently works at Empower Retirement in Denver. "I hope to continue the family legacy," Tom says, "so that my son, Will, can one day be a member of Wyoming Alpha and ΣΑΕ."
